2.4. Refusal of Treatment

2.5. Photographs/Recordings

We may take photographs during your treatment for progress assessment and documentation. For promotional use, specific consent will be sought. You are not permitted to record or photograph treatments without explicit consent.

3.1. Booking Appointments

3.2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

To ensure efficient clinic operations and respect for other patients' time, we require at least 48 hours' advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This policy helps us accommodate other patients who may be waiting for appointments.

For package treatments, missed appointments without proper notice will result in forfeiture of that session. We reserve the right to charge outstanding cancellation fees before booking future appointments.

3.3. Late Arrivals

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals (more than 15 minutes) may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling with applicable fees.

3.4. Fees and Payment

• All services must be paid for in full, either in advance or upon completion
• Accepted payment methods include cash, debit/credit cards, UPI, and online payments
• Prices may change without prior notice, but the agreed price at booking will apply
• We do not store payment information without explicit consent

3.5. Refund Policy

All service sales are generally final. Refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances such as approved medical conditions or adverse reactions. Refunds, if granted, will be assessed by management.

3.6. Treatment Packages

All packages must be paid in full at the first session. Package treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unused sessions typically expire within 12 months from purchase.

3.7. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash, and valid for 12 months from purchase date.

Our clinic is registered as required under Indian law.

4.2. Clinical Establishments Act

We are registered under the Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2010, ensuring compliance with minimum standards of facilities and services.
